News story PSR Automotive gearing up for 2012!!!

As we come to the end of another year we are delighted to say we have seen demand for our services have again outstripped supply. As a result we know we need to take on more space and staff to ensure we can deliver to the standard of service our customers deserve.

With the commercial unit next door being made available to us we intend to move in giving a dedicated Specialist Vehicle and Alignment centre. This will allow our existing unit to become a purely dedicated service centre. The new unit will be where bespoke vehicle projects will be housed and vehicle alignments carried out.

We are inviting CVs for new technicians. We understand that you might not directly be interested but it’s amazing how word on the Internet spreads so please invite any interested parties to email me on paul@psrautomotive.com with the subject line “Job Vacancy”. Please do not feel that you are under or over qualified; due to the nature of the work it is very unlikely that anyone will be able to do anything and everything that is asked of them. So although experience with Porsche, Lotus and Aston Martin is preferred, good work ethics and being a perfectionist carry great value. Please understand that we have quite a few applicants already that we have held on file; should you not be successful this time your details will again be held on file should a further position come up later in 2012.

I would also like to thank all our existing customers for being accommodating over some very crazy busy periods, we hope that service to new and existing customers will continue to improve over the coming year.

News story New Website LIVE but please give us time

Well it’s well overdue but the new site is live…

We are still making A LOT of tweaks and as you navigate round you will find bits missing and pages under construction. This is a really big pet hate of mine with websites but I now completely understand why as the development work behind with content etc takes a lot longer than planned.

Hopefully the new site will help portray more of what we do then if you just pop in to the premises which is often just a “snap shot” in time. However we have been supporting all including Aston Martin race teams in Dubai, maintaining Ferraris, sorting issues on all that is Porsche and Lotus to name a few. More details on engine conversions and custom fabrications will be coming as time goes on. Plus we will try to use this area to keep customers up to date with the race teams progress over the year (Snetterton this weekend) but more details on this will follow.

If you are an existing customer you might find your pride and joy pictured here, we did endeavour to contact as many of you as we could, should any of you not be happy with the way your car is featured on the site please let us know and it will be pulled ASAP.

If this is your first time to our site then a big hello to you and we look forward to seeing you, please feel free to drop us an email at enquiries@psrautomotive.com for any further details that might not already be on the site.

News story A Merry Christmas to All!

Hello and welcome to PSR Automotive’s new website! Please look around and sign up to the RSS feed to hear about continued offers and changes that might be of interest to new and existing PSR Automotive customers — such as owners’ meets, special offers, and new services.

2010 has been a great year and PSR Automotive’s customer base continues to grow. This has been mainly through word of mouth and recommendations from existing customers, so for this we thank you!

As our customer base grows so do the demands our time. A great new addition to the site is the “Request a Callback” feature — we know we can sometimes be hard to reach at busy times, so why not use this feature and we’ll call you back at a time that suits you.

Following customer demand we can finally announce our Aston Martin servicing tables. We will also be shortly announcing customer referral incentives to help pay back customers who are actively helping our customer base grow.

There are also a lot of owners club communities out there that have helped our customers network — we’ve added a list of these, so please take the time to browse these communities as some might be of interest to you.

Please drop us an email and let us know how you feel about the new site!

Finally we wish all our customers a great Christmas for 2010 and all the best going into 2011! We look forward to seeing you over the coming year.
